Deer Lake Designs is a family-owned and operated business rooted in generations of hands-on craftsmanship and a commitment to doing things the right way.
I’m Bill, and every piece we build is made right here in the Kansas City area — by hand, using real wood and time-tested construction methods. We don’t cut corners, and we don’t mass produce. Each table is built with intention, using materials and techniques that are meant to last.
Our focus is simple: build tables, cabinets, and furniture that can handle real life. That means stronger joinery, better finishes, and construction that holds up through years of daily use. These aren’t pieces made to look good for a season — they’re built to be used, lived on, and passed down.
