We believe that if you build something, you stand behind it. We also understand that ordering custom furniture online can feel like a risk. That’s why we keep it simple:

1. If your table isn’t built to the size, finish, or style you ordered, we’ll make it right or replace it.
2. If your furniture arrives damaged, we’ll repair or replace it.
3. If your table develops a structural issue like cracking or splitting, we’ll take care of it.

This isn’t a limited warranty or fine-print guarantee. It’s our commitment to you for as long as you own your Deer Lake Designs table.

We’re a small, family-run shop — not a big company with layers of policies and call centers. When you reach out, you’re talking to the same people who build the tables and handle the orders. If something isn’t right, we fix it. Simple as that.
